Pike County is not connected to the national MLS
system but does have its own regional MLS. Not all realitors are
affiliated with the regional system. Realitors in Pennsylavnia can also
ask for any percent commission for the sale of a home and they often
do! The state average is probably 6% but realitors in Pike County
usually ask for 8-10%.
